SEAL: RING,GREASE, WHEEL ASSEMBLY

Cleveland Wheel & Brake is now offering molded grease seals in 62 of the 6.00-6 wheel assemblies in place of the original design which incorporated grease rings and felts. The primary benefit of this product improvement is better sealing properties in the wheel bearing bore to minimize the ingestion of water which could cause bearing corrosion. The 154-12000 Molded Grease Seal is used to replace two each 153-00400 grease rings and one each 154-00300 grease felt. The new molded seal is comparable in price to the three other items combined.
