LPS Inhibitor 03328 Dark Brown, 1 gal can
P/N:
03328=73
LPS Hard coat corrosion inhibitor is dark brown in color and provides multi-year protection for metal parts in outside storage. The liquid corrosion inhibitor has a vapor pressure of 2.60 millimeters Hg at 20 degrees C and has 0.514 VOC contents that evaporate without leaving any residues or stains. It has a flash point of 107.6 degrees F and a specific gravity of 0.87 to 0.89 at 20 degrees C. This product has a boiling point of 320 degrees F and a viscosity less than 20.5 square millimeters per second at 40 degrees C. The corrosion inhibitor has a cherry odor and comes in a 1-gallon can. It withstands a temperature range of -40 to 175 degrees F.Features:Ready-to-use corrosion inhibitor is safe to use on plastics and paintsCan be applied with conventional airless or air-operated spray equipmentProduces durable, hard and translucent filmResists dripping and puddling during spray applicationVapor density of 4.8Provides 1500+ hours of salt spray resistance on aluminumPenetrates to displace water and then forms a durable, transparent filmRequires curing time of 24 hoursBenefits:Designed for use on sides and tops of aircraft fuselagesProvides cone shaped mist spray patternApplications:Aircraft fuselagesBare metalCargo sectionsMetal parts and machineryOverseas storage or shipmentsSpecifications:Boeing BMS 3-23F Type IIBombardier (Canadair) CMS 565-06 Type I, Bombardier DeHavilland DHMS C4.12 Type II Grade 3Delta AirlinesLockheed Martin Heavy Duty CPC 3aPolar Air Cargo
