3M Scotch-Weld A5 Series neutral sprayable contact adhesive sticks stainless steel, aluminum, cold rolled steel and plastics. It offers excellent resistance to heat and moisture. The sweet petroleum odored liquid adhesive is light yellow in color and comes in a 5-gallon pail. It has a boiling point of greater than or equal to 80 degrees C and a flash point of -14 degrees F. The high-performance polychloroprene-based adhesive has viscosity of 200 to 350 cP at 73.4 degrees F. It covers 233 square feet per gallon and has a shear strength of 480 psi at 75 degrees F for two weeks.
