3M Scotch-Weld 3535 B/A Series urethane adhesive is a two-component formulation such as part-A and part-B. The part-A is brown in color, while part-B is white in color. Polyol-based slight odored part-A has a flash point greater than or equal to 367 degrees F, specific gravity of 1.34 and a boiling point temperature rating greater than or equal to 186 degrees C. The isocyanate-based resinous odored part-B has a flash point greater than or equal to 354 degrees F, specific gravity of 1.31 and a boiling point temperature rating greater than or equal to 179 degrees C. Both part-A and part-B has VOC contents of 0 grams per liter. It has work life of 10 minutes and a storage temperature range of 60 to 80 degrees F. This paste adhesive comes in a 2-ounce tube that can be mixed in 100:100 ratio by volume. It withstands a tensile strength of 3000 psi and shear strength of 810 psi at 75 degrees F for ABS.
