3M Scotch-Weld 3333 Series epoxy adhesive is a two-part room temperature curable epoxy offering high peel and shear strength. This adhesive consists of base and accelerator, which is mixed in 2:1 ratio for better results. The boiling point is greater than or equal to 347 degrees F for part-A and 500 degrees F for part-B. It has a flash point greater than or equal to 340 degrees F for part-A and greater than or equal to 480 degrees F for part-B. This adhesive has a density of 1.12 grams per milliliter for part-A and 1.14 grams per milliliter for part-B. It should be applied on surface within 20 minutes from mixing to ensure better positioning and adjustment prior to setting. The epoxy compound ensures a tensile strength of 5600 psi at 75 degrees F and a shear strength of 5500 psi at 75 degrees F. It has a viscosity of 7000 to 13,000 centipoises for part-A and 50,000 centipoises for part-B. This product comes in a 200-milliliter dual cartridge and requires a curing time of 24 hours to 7 days. The mild odor adhesive paste has an amber colored part-A and a gray colored part-B.Features:Outstanding environmental performanceExcellent hot/wet resistanceSpecific gravity of 1.12 for part-A and 1.14 for part-BControlled flow ensures minimal wasteBenefits:Suitable for mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets and spot weldsApplicable on metals and plastic surfacesApplications:Composite bondingMetal bondingMetal to composite bondingStructural bondingSpecifications:OSHA Certified
