3M Scotch-Weld EC-3532 B/A two-component urethane adhesive comes in a part-A and part-B. The base is off-white in color, while accelerator is brown in color. The part-A has a specific gravity of 1.31 and a boiling point temperature rating greater than or equal to 186 degrees C. The part-B has a specific gravity of 1.34 and a boiling point temperature rating greater than or equal to 179 degrees C. It has a flash point greater than or equal to 354 to 367 degrees F for safe use. The polyester/slight odored, liquid adhesive comes in a 50-milliliter container. It requires 24 hours for curing and 5 to 15 minutes for applying.Features:Cures at room temperature to eliminate the need for added process stepsEnsures strong, impact-resistant structural bondingSag resistance approximately 30 seconds after mixing to keep processes movingMeets tough specifications and requirementsViscosity of 15,000 to 32,000 centipoises for part-A and 10,000 to 40,000 centipoises for pert-BBenefits:Adheres to many primed or painted metalExcellent adhesion to plastic substrates minimize surface preparationApplications:Composite bondingDucting bondingMetal bondingVinyl edge strip bonding
