LUBRICANT: BOELUBE,GL

Boelube 70104 / 70106 are two of a series of proprietary lubricants developed through Boeing manufacturing operations and lubricant experience. Boelube liquid, in combination with air, keeps tools cool and removes chips. Spray or one shot applications leave a minimal amount of Boelube Liquid that can be left on the work piece for subsequent machining or as a corrosion inhibitor. Boelube does not contain Silicone, Sulfur, Halogens (such as Chlorine), Phosphorus, Paraffin Wax, Petroleum or Heavy Metals. Boelube is recommended for use with machining Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Fiber Composites (CFRP), Honeycomb, Kevlar, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals. Boelube provides superior lubricity when machining materials such as Aluminum and Titanium resulting in high quality finish and increased tool life. Boelube applications include Broaching - Cold Working - Deburring - Drilling - Drop Hammer - Forming - Grinding - Gun Drilling - Milling - Oil Hole Tools - Punching - Reaming - Routing Sawing - Tapping - Thread Cutting.
