Henkel Loctite Hysol adhesive is a two-form epoxy ensuring greater resistance against high-temperature and chemical. It has a boiling point of 260 degrees C for resin. The adhesive has a flash point greater than 100 degrees C for part-A and greater than 200 degrees C for part-B. This product has a viscosity of 120,000 to 350,000 centipoises for resin and 500,000 to 900,000 centipoises for hardener. It takes a curing time of 1 hour at 90 degrees C, 2 hours at 60 degrees C, 3 hours at 120 degrees C and 3 days at 25 degrees C. This epoxy compound requires an application time of 20 minutes.
