Henkel Loctite Fixmaster EA 445 epoxy adhesive is a two-component formula containing mild odored resin and mercaptan odored hardener. The resin having 7.9-gram per liter VOC content, has a specific gravity of 1.68. Hardener having 0.04% VOC content, has a specific gravity of 1.4. This chemical-resistant adhesive withstands a temperature range of 46 to 82 degrees F, making it ideal for high service temperatures. It requires an application time of 5 minutes and undergoes fast setting in 10 minutes. This epoxy formula ensures a tensile strength of 2000 psi and shear strength of 2300 psi. It can be easily drilled, tapped, sanded, machined and painted after curing.
