Highly concentrated, water soluble, alkaline cleaner. 2. No solvents or caustics. 3. Non-Toxic and bio-degradable. 4. Non-flammable. 5. Conforms to AMS 1526 A and MIL-C-87936 Type I. 6. Safe on all aluminum, magnesium, and all structural metals. 7. Safe on all quality paints and plastics. Aero Clean X-400 should be diluted one (1) part to ten (10) parts water for general cleaning. For heavy duty cleaning, use one (1) part X-400 to five (5) parts water. The cleaner may be used with foam type applications.
