CLEANER: GENERAL PURPOSE,15OZ, ZIP-CHEM,D5633NS

D-5633NS is an aviation grade aqueous based surface preparation aid based upon a proprietary blend of selected surfactants and emulsifiers. It is designed to replace chlorinated, petroleum distillate, terpene based and hydrocarbon / surfactant blend solvents. D-5633NS does not contain reportable quantities of any chemical under SARA Title III and is non-toxic and biodegradable. D-5633NS is ideal for use on general aircraft surfaces contaminated with very heavy deposits of oil, grease, hydraulic fluids or baked-on carbon residues. This product is designed for use at ambient temperatures, but can be used in heated dip tank applications up to 120F, or up to 140F if agitated. Standard uses for this product would be in wipe down applications for thrust reversers or body panels. In some cases utilization of a non-metallic brush or a cloth is recommended to agitate the material. For extremely soiled areas a 5-10 minute dwell time may be required. If the D-5633NS is used to prepare a surface, a water rinse is recommended. This product is based upon Attar-C. We always advise pretesting any cleaning materials on acrylic surfaces.
