This adhesive consists of base and accelerator, which is mixed in 1:1 ratio for better results. It has a flash point greater than or equal to 94 degrees C for part-A and 248 degrees C for part-B. This product has a viscosity of 7000 centipoises for part-A and 14,000 centipoises for part-B. It has a storage temperature rating of 60 to 80 degrees F. The adhesive should be applied on surface within 2 hours from mixing to ensure better positioning and adjustment prior to setting. It has a peeling strength of 25 piw and a shear strength of 1700 psi. This epoxy compound offers an area of coverage up to 320 square feet per gallon. The bond from this adhesive stays strong even while working in cryogenic temperatures. This product comes in a 2-fluid ounce kit and requires a curing time of 30 days. It helps to reduce running, dripping or migration while self-leveling. This medium viscosity fluid offers excellent resistance to shock, vibration and flexing.
